The project "Out of lines"
The project "out of lines" started in 2008, at the circus "Binet" in Paris.
It unites two jugglers/dancers in a research project about exploring an object that hasn't been used before as a juggling prop: the rope.
Since its great possibilities of transformation and modulation, an infinite number of rope- objects can be declined and thus push the boundaries of creativity of any artiste, may he be manipulator, juggler or dancer.
The research resulted in a large repertory of juggling and choreographic materials which nourrished a first show "Linéa" in 2010.
A second project for a show called "Trait d'union" is in preparation as well as the creation of an entire rope- univers beyond stage. This project will open up to other artistes and art forms ( video, photographie, sculptures, installations...)
